Our chairs come in three builds. Accent chairs sit on a wood frame with foam cushions and fixed legs. Swivel chairs turn a full 360 degrees, some on a round pedestal and others on a metal base with four swivel wheels that roll on a hard floor. Cloud chairs are mostly compressed foam, from a low armless bean bag rocker to an oversized boucle chair 64 inches wide.
Width comes first. Most of our chairs run 31 to 50.2 inches wide, and the oversized pieces at 56.3 and 64 inches seat you with room to spare, close to a small loveseat. Seat depth tells you how you will sit. At 19.29 to 22.4 inches you sit upright to read, and at 27 to 28.3 you can tuck your feet under you.
Among the covers, chenille leads, then corduroy, boucle, velvet and faux leather. Several chairs come as a set with a matching ottoman, and on some the ottoman lid lifts for blankets. Others keep storage in the chair itself, in a side pocket or an armrest compartment that opens with a push, and a few add a USB port for your phone.
Each chair carries its own weight rating, between 250 and 500 pounds, and most seats sit 17.5 to 20 inches off the floor. A cloud chair can sit much lower, down to 10 inches on the bean bag rocker, a seat for a reading nook or a game night on the floor. Pair a chenille chair with a corduroy sofa from the ERYE living-room line, or the reverse, and a shared color does the matching.

Questions about ERYE accent chairs
Each of our chairs has its own rating, between 250 and 500 pounds. The oversized 56.3-inch accent chairs carry 500, and most standard accent chairs carry 300 or 330. Look up the number for the exact chair you choose, since two chairs of the same width can differ.
Only the swivel chairs on a metal base with four wheels roll. The barrel chairs turn on a round pedestal and stay where you set them. On a hard floor by a desk the wheels help, and facing a sofa across a rug the pedestal keeps the chair in place.
On the convertible set, yes. Its back reclines, and the storage ottoman pushes against the seat to make a single lounger, with storage in the ottoman and in the armrest too. The barrel chair sets use their ottoman as a footrest with a lift-top lid, not as part of a bed.
Anywhere from floor level to chair height. The armless corduroy bean bag rocker sits only 10 inches off the floor, while the other cloud chairs sit 17 to 21.3 inches high, close to our framed accent chairs at 18 to 20.08. Choose the rocker for a floor-level corner and a taller seat if you want to stand up easily.
