Using the site
The site erye.org is the brand site of ERYE. You are welcome to read, share and link to our pages. Text, photographs, drawings and measurements on the site belong to ERYE or its licensors, and copying them for commercial use needs our written agreement.
Buying an ERYE piece
Nothing is sold on erye.org itself. Each buy button opens the piece at our retail partner, where the purchase is made, and payment, delivery, returns and refunds run through that checkout under the partner's own terms.
Prices, sizes and availability
Prices on our pages come from our last catalog update and can change before you buy. The price at checkout is the one that applies.
Measurements come from each piece's own specifications, and we correct them when we find an error. A figure on our pages describes the piece. It is not a promise that the piece will pass a particular door, stair or elevator, so our guides ask you to measure.
Guides and general information
Our guides give general information about measuring, fabrics and furniture mechanisms. They are not professional, safety or medical advice, and decisions about your home and your health remain yours.
Links to other sites
Links to our retail partner and to public sources lead to sites we do not control, and the terms of those sites apply there.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, ERYE is not liable for losses that come from relying on information on our pages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under consumer law.
