What to include
Name the piece as it appears on its page, then the color and the width or configuration you are looking at. If a figure on our pages looks wrong, tell us which one and where you saw it.
For a fit question, send the measurements you took: the door width and height, the narrowest turn, the stair gap and the length of the wall. A photo of the route helps as much as a number.
Replies
We answer messages in the order they arrive, and we write back with an answer rather than a holding note.
