About this piece
Beige corduroy covers this U from end to end, 117.5 inches wide, 91.6 deep and 34.6 high, with seats for seven. The chaise alone measures 46.8 inches, and the padded square arms rise 22.8 inches at each end.
Your guest bed pulls out from the armless section, while the chaise holds spare bedding inside. Legs stand only 1.9 inches tall, so the frame sits close to the floor with very little clearance underneath. Measure the room with the bed open, not just the sofa closed, before deciding where it goes.
